If yours isn't here, it's a one-line WhatsApp away.
Reg and mileage in, a firm offer back on WhatsApp.
Opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send. You'll be talking to Matthew, not a call centre.
From what the same model, year and mileage is actually selling for in Ireland right now, less what it costs us to prepare and resell it. Condition, NCT, service history and colour move it. You get one number, in writing, valid for 7 days.
Yes. We get a settlement figure from the finance company, pay them directly, and pay you the balance. It's the most common situation we deal with.
Both fine. If it's a family member's car we need them on the paperwork. No NCT just means the offer reflects it; we don't need you to get one first.
Bank transfer at the point of collection. You see it land before we drive away. Most sellers have the money the same afternoon.
Yes: cars and SUVs from 2010 on, vans single or fleet, and camper vans and motorhomes of any age. Each has its own page above.
Then you keep the car. There's no obligation at any point before the money is in your account, and we don't chase.
No. We buy cars without a current NCT; the offer reflects it. Getting one first rarely adds more than it costs.
Yes. We request the settlement figure from the finance company, pay them directly, and pay you anything left over. If the settlement is more than the car is worth, we tell you the gap before you decide anything.
The VRC (logbook), the NCT cert if there is one, both keys, and photo ID that matches the VRC. If the car is in someone else's name, they need to be there or to have signed the VRC.
Yes. Tell us what's wrong in the first message and send a photo of it. The offer reflects the repair; nobody pretends otherwise.
Yes. Battery health matters most on electrics, so a photo of the range readout at full charge helps.
UK and NI plates, yes, if the VRT is paid or you're happy for the offer to reflect it. Other imports case by case.
All of Ireland. Dublin and the commuter counties same or next day; further afield within the week, grouped with other collections.
It's one honest number rather than a high one to be chopped later. If you have a firm written offer from someone else, send it; sometimes we can match it, sometimes we tell you to take it.
Yes, and we buy them as such, so the VAT position is handled correctly on the invoice. Tell us whether the van is VAT-qualifying or margin when you send the reg.
One visit, one transfer, one set of paperwork. Send the three regs in one message.
Send it anyway. Working vans are priced on what they are. The offer reflects the panel and the mileage; nobody's going to pretend otherwise.
Usually within the week, often sooner if the van is off the road. If you need it gone by a date, say so in the first message.
That's normal. We travel to where it is. Send the reg and the county, and a couple of photos if you have them.
Damp, first. Then habitation service history, mileage, layout, and whether the base vehicle has an NCT or CVRT. Tell us what you know; we'll find the rest on inspection.
Yes to both. Age matters less than condition on motorhomes. UK imports are fine if the VRT is paid; if it isn't, tell us and we'll price accordingly.
You can, and for a rare layout it may be worth it. For most vans, six months of storage, insurance and a battery on charge costs more than the difference, and spring buyers still want a discount for the damp check.
