Nothing, on its own. The valuation box builds a WhatsApp message on your phone; nothing is sent to us until you press send inside WhatsApp. We use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics, which counts page views without identifying you and sets no cookies.
Your WhatsApp name and number, the vehicle registration, mileage and photos you send, and anything else you tell us. WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own privacy policy.
We use it to value the vehicle, make you an offer, and, if you accept, to buy it and complete the change of ownership. We may run the registration through a vehicle history and valuation service to check the car's details. We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't add you to any list.
If you don't sell to us, the conversation is deleted within 12 months. If you do, we keep the purchase records for as long as tax law requires (currently 6 years).
You can ask what we hold, ask for it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by messaging 089 429 5524. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
